The problem here is there are more businesses than there are customers.
These new owners spend all their money opening a shop and stocking inventory, only to find out the hard way there are not enough customers to go around.
These owners end up sitting on inventory until it all expires and goes bad.
They have zero idea the amount of customers they need to positively turn their inventory into sales.

Since the 7 Eleven opened, local businesses are losing customers to 7 Eleven, hand over fist.

Your money will all be spent and lost on inventory that goes bad due to no sales.
Don’t let anyone talk you into opening a business just because.
