There are tons of stray dogs living in the streets everywhere in Isaan.
The sad thing is they continue to mate and create even more dogs.
It is heartbreaking when you see whole litters of newborn puppies living in the street.
The uncontrolled street dogs can cause residents distress with constant barking, fighting and mess.
As much as you would like to take these puppies home, you have to understand as they grow bigger, they can cause all kinds of unwanted problems.
Very sad situation here.
I really loved this puppy and had to be reminded as cute as he is, later on it can bring many unwanted problems.
