Not all rural villages in Isaan have their own post office.
That means if you need to send a letter or parcel, you will have to travel to the closest one.
The closest one to us is 15Km away in Ban Thaen.
There are no taxis, buses, Uber, Grab or any other public transportation, so you would have to find your own way there.
If you are use to Postal Service in the US, the service here will seem deathly slow.
Sent a letter to the US today and it took over 30 minutes with no line.
You get use to things here in Isaan.
