I am seeing more stray dogs than ever and some of these dogs are not friendly at all.
Stray dogs reproduce at an alarming rate, with no owners or anyone to look after them.
There is zero effort to do anything to control the population as most people just accept that it the way it has always been.
Very sad as more and more dogs are getting run over in the streets or die from hunger.
